The first thought was that this was a fake profile, created maliciously to make her look bad, but one will notice that the account has been “ID verified” and “Photo verified”.

The only way to be “ID verified” is to upload a full copy of your drivers license to cross-check that your identity matches up to the information you’ve given the site.
The only way to be “Photo verified” is to turn your device camera on and take and upload photos of yourself from various angles, then the website biometric scans your face to verify it matches the original photos you’ve uploaded.

Both of these methods require the actual person to be physically present with a govt. ID. There is no possible way to fake this verification process. Those screenshots are below.
